Every rarity's odds for every pack, plus the exact expected value. They're printed on the Odds page and never change mid-series.
Provably fair rips
Before you rip, you see a hash of the server seed. Afterwards the seed is revealed, so you can recompute every card yourself.

Any card can be sold back for 90% of its value, at any time. No waiting for a buyer.

Expected value is the average value of the cards in a pack divided by its price. It is the same 90% for every pack. Rarer packs are riskier, not better value.

Verify a rip
Each card is computed as SHA-256(server seed : client seed : nonce : card index). The first 8 hex digits pick the rarity, the next 8 pick the card. Paste the seeds from any rip and you get the same cards.
